1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and dorex8 ("dorex8", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at dorex8.app ("Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or using any service provided by dorex8, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account where one exists. dorex8 reserves the right to refuse service to any person at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on the dorex8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. dorex8 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting as a private individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any commercial entity.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of dorex8 or its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or terminated by dorex8 for breach of these Terms.
• You have not self-excluded from the dorex8 Platform or any associated gaming network.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the dorex8 Platform. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice, and any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and must notify dorex8 immediately upon suspecting any unauthorised access to your account.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Identity Verification

dorex8 is required by its international gaming authority licence to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. By registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete identification documentation upon request. KYC documents may include, but are not limited to: a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of residential address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits.

dorex8 will not process withdrawal requests for any account that has not completed the required KYC verification. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading documentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment

All financial transactions on the dorex8 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, GrabPay, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the corresponding deposit where possible, subject to technical availability.
• dorex8 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees, for which dorex8 accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawals to verified MYR e-wallet accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes during operational hours. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.
• dorex8 reserves the right to delay, hold, or reverse any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, fraud review, or investigation of a suspected breach of these Terms.
• Player funds are held in segregated accounts and are not commingled with dorex8's operational funds.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

dorex8 offers various bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback rewards, and loyalty programme benefits to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game contribution weightings, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• dorex8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with fair play, will result in forfeiture of bonuses and winnings, and may result in account termination.
• Players may not claim a welcome bonus more than once. dorex8 employs automated and manual systems to identify duplicate or fraudulent bonus claims.

6. Game Rules and Betting

Each game available on the dorex8 Platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game lobby. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters pertaining to that game.

All live dealer games are subject to the decisions of the dealer and the platform's applicable game rules. dorex8 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, on a void event, or as a result of a technical fault. In the event of a disputed outcome, dorex8's decision, following review of available game logs and video records, shall be final.

All sportsbook bets are subject to dorex8's Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Bets placed on events subsequently found to be fixed or manipulated may be voided at dorex8's discretion.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

dorex8 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. Players may at any time request deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, or self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting dorex8 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dorex8 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and potential civil or criminal referral:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error are void.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Chargebacks on deposits where the corresponding games have already been played.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the dorex8 Platform, including but not limited to the dorex8 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software, is the intellectual property of dorex8 or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of dorex8.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dorex8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss resulting from technical failures beyond dorex8's reasonable control.

dorex8's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Closure and Termination

You may request to close your dorex8 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no investigation is pending.

dorex8 reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed, where continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk, or where required to do so by a competent authority.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dorex8 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant regulatory authority. Nothing in this clause shall prevent dorex8 from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Privacy

dorex8's collection, use, and protection of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Amendments

dorex8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, registered Users will be notified by email or by a notice displayed on the Platform.
